What clients can book, how long each one takes, and whether you approve it first.

Weekly hours

When clients can book each week. A day with no hours is closed.

Booking rules

Time zoneYour hours, blocked times and the times clients see are all in this zone.

Minimum noticeHours, 0 to 720. Clients can’t book sooner than this.How far aheadDays, 1 to 365. How far into the future clients can book.

Start timesHow often an open time starts. Every 30 minutes gives 9:00, 9:30, 10:00.

Blocked times

Holidays, time off, anything that closes hours you’d normally be open. Space events on Bynefit block their own time.

Calendars

Connect a Google or Outlook calendar: busy time on the calendars you tick blocks booking times, and confirmed bookings can be added to one calendar for the whole Space.
